This is a very nice CS marked Confederate buckle. When it was dug it was twisted. The guy that bought this buckle tried to straighten it up and broke it in half. So He had Robert McDaniel professionally repair it. In the pictures you can see the line where it was repaired. But its not real noticeable when the flash is not on it. It is 100% right. This buckle would usually sell for $1800.00 to $2200.00 since its repaired. But i am going to sell it at a great price so you can have an original Confederate buckle and not have $2000.00 plus in a great buckle. Two of  the hooks on back are original to the plate but the hook that you would hook as your putting it on is a replacement. The other two was in tack when it was recovered. If this buckle is not what I say it is. I will give a 100% refund on it. As long as it is in the same condition I sold it. I stand behind this buckle with everything I got.
